Bodyworx is proudly partnering with FIVCO to provide Bingocize, an evidenced based fall risk prevention program.  This is a program offered free of charge at several local senior citizen centers. 

Bodyworx is now offering group exercise class called "Steady & Strong."  We hope you will come join us if you are not as steady as you used to be or not as strong as you want to be.
